Ordering & sizing
How do Niva press-on nails work?
Choose your set, select your size and preferred options, and add it to cart. Your set is made to order and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days.
How do I find my nail size?
Measure across the widest part of each natural nail in millimetres using a soft measuring tape. You can also use a water bottle cap as a reference when taking your photos. Clear photos of your nails are required with every order.

Why do I need to send photos of my nails?
Our sizing process includes a visual check by Niva. Your photos help us make sure your measurements and nail fit are right before we make your set.

Customizing
Can I change the shape of a set?
Yes. Every Niva set can be made in any of our supported shapes.
Can I change the colour?
Yes. You can request a colour change for your set. More extensive changes can be requested through Custom Niva.
Can I get a completely different design?
Yes. If you have something specific in mind, you can request a Custom Niva.
NFC
What is Niva NFC?
Niva NFC lets certain nail sets connect to a digital experience when tapped with a compatible phone. This could be a social profile, website, playlist, invitation, memory, private page or other digital experience. Learn about Niva NFC.
Does every Niva set have NFC?
No. NFC is only available on selected sets. Where available, you’ll see the option to add it on the product page.
Wearing
Can I wear my Niva nails with glue or adhesive tabs?
Yes. Niva sets come with both nail glue and adhesive tabs, so you can choose the application method that works for you. See how to wear for both methods.
What if a nail is slightly too wide?
You can gently file the sides using the Niva file included in your set until the nail fits your natural nail properly.
What if a nail is too small?
Do not force it onto your natural nail. Contact Niva so we can help with the fit.
Do I need to wait before getting my nails wet?
Yes. Avoid water and soaking for the first 24 hours after application.
Delivery & returns
How long does my order take?
Your order is made to order and prepared within 1–3 working days before dispatch. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location.
Do you ship outside Nigeria?
Niva is launching in Nigeria first. International shipping will be introduced as it becomes available.
Can I return or exchange my nails?
If you receive your order and are unhappy with it, you can request a refund or exchange once the package is returned to Niva. Return delivery costs are paid by the customer. Read our delivery and returns policy.
